What happens when you bring a piece of Sicily home to Sweden? 🇮🇹🌱🇸🇪
In this episode, we spend a beautiful day in our Swedish garden, doing lots of garden work, planting, fixing and finally giving our little Sicilian fig tree a new home. Last autumn, we brought a cutting from our fig tree in Sicily — and now it’s time to see if it can begin a new life in the Swedish climate.
But after all the digging, planting and hard work, we trade garden gloves for train tickets and head off on a weekend escape to Copenhagen. Food, swimming, city life, cozy streets and a little bit of Scandinavian summer magic.
